Office Manager | Operations
Our client, an established home services company that specializes in a wide range of home improvement tasks is looking for an Office Manager to join their team! Serving the Greater Charlotte area, this company has been in business for over 20 years. They are looking for an Office Manager to manage operations, employee schedule, assist with customer facing responsibilities, oversee large projects, and manage 2 office staff and 2 field managers. They are seeking someone that works well in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is extremely organized.
Opportunity: Direct-Hire
Location: Cornelius, NC
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am ??? 4pm (1 day remote)
Compensation: $60,000 ??? $70,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and regularly review company policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and operational goals.
- Manage the daily operations of a fast-paced service company, driving efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
- Strategically manage the schedules of 12+ field technicians, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation daily.
- Support customer engagement by assisting with customer service and other client-facing responsibilities as needed, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Supervise large-scale projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently.
- Manage a team of two office staff and two field managers, fostering collaboration and sharing responsibilities to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years as an Office/Operations Manager required.
- 5+ years of customer service experience required.
- Data entry and invoice preparation experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Strong communicator, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
