$45,000-$55,000
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Manager to manage our client's financial records and oversee daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, office management, and a passion for the food industry.
* Family-owned and operated.
* Office hours 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM.
* Overtime eligible!
OVERVIEW OF THE OFFICE MANAGER ROLE:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in our retail store front.
- Assist with inventory management and control.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE OFFICE MANAGER:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or office manager.
- Proficiency in accounting software preferred (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
