Salary Range: $42,986 -$62,000
Office Manager support for Government and Contract employees. Provide Administrative, Security, and Travel support to the F/A-18 and EA-18G Program.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide scheduling support for meetings and conferences.
Assist the Head of Staff, F/A-18 & EA-18G Product Leads, and Security Manager as needed.
Provide support to the MILSTRIP Telmart purchasers.
Provide support for the development and processing of travel orders and travel vouchers for members of the organization through the Defense Travel System.
Support incoming new personnel and connect them with IPT Security for badging and access.
Coordinate with security agencies in order to obtain necessary security clearances for visitors as well as process badge requests for both contractors and government employees for onsite meetings.
Research, coordinate and provide support to the Security Manager in order to create building security plans.
Provide correspondence generation in accordance with the Navy Correspondence.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.
High school diploma plus 5 years of related experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
Ability to compose, review, edit, and file correspondence, serialized letters, memorandums and presentation material as well as other documentation.
Must provide past experience demonstrating an ability to work in a Teaming environment.
Ability to schedule and set up conference rooms, onsite and offsite for meetings and escort visitors when necessary.
Must be energetic and service oriented.
Organizational skills and the understanding of protocol.
Ability to use the Microsoft suite of tools in order to coordinate correspondence and calendars for management/organization.
Manage office supplies and materials for 3 buildings through the Navy ERP.
System and creating a goods receipt after merchandise has been received.
Coordinates with Head of Staff on personnel relocations, to include computer, phones and safes movements are properly conducted, documented, and in accordance with instructions and regulations.
Support Government Property Removal Authorizations.
Must have knowledge and practice strict confidentiality of Personal & Identifiable Information (PII) documents and information.
Excellent communication and teaming skills.
Ability to prioritize.
Observe policies and procedures governing the secure operation and authorized use of DoD Information system.
Desired Skills:
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
Experience with DoD/DoN regulatory compliance procedures/policies.
Detail oriented and the ability to multitask and work in stressful situations with strict time constraints.
Experience with Joint Personnel Adjudication System.
A working knowledge of Navy Directives including the SECNAV 5216 Correspondence Manual.
Experience within the Department of Defense.
Experience utilizing the Government Defense Travel System.
