Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental office management experience is required
• Familiarity with Dentrix software
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Dental insurance experience is a must
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of relevant systems/technologies through self-directed learning
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Overall extensive knowledge and understanding of dental-related systems, technical specifications and processes
• Must have experience in Accounts Receivable 
• Understanding P&L
