- Associate’s degree in business or liberal arts
- Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license are required.

Job Description: A tech care company is seeking an Office Manager, to be based onsite at their San Mateo location. This role involves overseeing every facet of the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site guidance, security authorizations, and comprehensive support, including coordinating with facilities to manage visits, repairs, and any unforeseen issues.
- Oversee the functionality of meeting spaces, ensuring the upkeep of supplies, cleanliness, and operational readiness of common areas, kitchens, and conference rooms.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless operation of office equipment, including printers and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Arrange coffee, breakfast, and lunch orders through various apps, direct deliveries, pickups, or catering services.
- Manage relationships with service providers and handle the logistics of mail and package receipt and distribution.
- Assist with special projects and events, which may include location scouting and preparation of research materials.
- Provide additional administrative support to the Chairman’s assistant as needed, including travel planning, transportation arrangements, and expense documentation.
- Ability to work independently and creatively with minimal supervision, maintaining a positive attitude and a diplomatic approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in handling confidential and complex matters with the appropriate sensitivity.
- At least five years of experience in office administration, management, or administrative support.
- Associate's degree in business or liberal arts required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license are necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
