What we expect
This is a 100% on-site role in Brisbane, CA, and will be expected to be in the office Monday through Friday.
We are seeking an additional Office Manager to ensure organizational efficiency and safety, and to help foster a successful work environment. Our Office Management team is responsible for developing streamlined administrative procedures, inventory control, company environment, and workplace experience, among other duties. We are looking for an energetic professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. An Odoo Office Manager should be well-organized and flexible, and they should enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse office environment.

Responsibilities
- Receive and Distribute mail and packages
- Managing supply orders, including ordering, unboxing, and organization of inventory
- Point person for maintenance, mailing/shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
- Communicate with vendors (i.e., cleaning staff, suppliers, etc.)
- Maintain detailed records of pricing and invoicing from vendors
- Oversee the stocking of snacks and refreshments (coffee machines, tea, etc.) across the two office kitchens and cafeteria
- Keep common spaces clean (i.e., Kitchens, games corner, lobby, and hallways)
- Report to Director, HR Team, and Operations Manager and collaborate with the Office Management Team
- Tackle Ad-hoc projects in conjunction with day-to-day tasks
- Assist in the execution of company events and team-building activities (happy hours, holiday events, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Provide general support to visitors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment
Must Have
- Proven office management, workplace experience, or administrative experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Ability to communicate and negotiate pricing with vendors
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- General computer skills with a knowledge of Google Suite and data entry
Nice to Have

- Additional languages (Preferably Spanish)
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup

The estimated hourly compensation range is $35 to $40. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
