As an Office Manager at Chrysalis Health, you will be an integral part of a team who provides individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Responsibilities:
- First Impressions Matter: Be the welcoming face of our office, greeting visitors, vendors, clients, and families with warmth and professionalism.
- Efficient Appointment Management: Handle scheduling for initial and follow-up appointments with our psychiatrists and APRNs, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Meticulous Record Keeping:Maintain organized paperwork, filing systems, and records essential to our office procedures.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls and messages promptly and courteously, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
- Billing Expertise: Take charge of psychiatric billing on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support Across Departments:Assist both administrative and clinical teams with clerical tasks, contributing to our collaborative work environment.
- Leadership Role: Direct and oversee other office staff, including administrative and medical assistants, as necessary.
- Customer Service Excellence:Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude in all interactions, whether in person, over the phone, or in writing.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing stressful situations and diverse individuals with empathy and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements:
- Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of one-year receptionist or administrative assistant experience, preferably in a health care setting.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate with diverse individuals.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Provide documentation of a valid Florida driver’s license and maintain proof of insurance. Maintain a safe driving record with no more than 6 points on a motor vehicle report (MVR).
