Location: 910 E. Hamilton Ave Suite 110 Campbell, California 95008 (On-site.)
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9 am-5pm
We are looking for a skilled Office Manager ready to create joy and heal generations! Embark Behavioral Health's OP/IOP/PHP program in Campbell, CA, is expanding, and we want you on our team!

We utilize the CASA Developmental Framework to guide our treatment, promoting developmentally healing and strengthening mental and physical health through commitment, acceptance, security, and empathy.
Responsibilities:- Assist with marketing materials and contribute to strategic planning as needed.
- Respond to all incoming calls, providing information to families and referral sources about services.
- Handle office supplies, manage outgoing mail, and maintain the postage account.
- Coordinate family and referral partner tours, and assist in the facilitation of program events.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by managing safety documentation, organizing meetings, and maintaining emergency resources.
- Facilitate admissions processes and oversee the coordination of student and family outcome data.
- Attend team meetings and handle other duties as assigned.
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Committed to accurate and timely completion of work
- Skilled with Microsoft Office suites or tech savvy.
- Ability to quickly learn new computer programs and internet applications.
- Ability to develop efficient processes.
- Ability to prioritize work and follow tasks through to completion.
- Previous administrative, receptionist or office management experience in behavioral health or related field.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred in Social Work, Psychology, or related
