About the Job
As our communication hub, we will lean on you to provide administrative and communication support to our management team and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars and facilitating meetings
Bring your love of organization to lead the maintenance of our filing systems and ensure documents are proof-read, edited, updated, and easily accessible
We’ll look to you to manage customer correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and you’ll provide feedback, escalation and follow-up where needed to maintain exceptional service and Rustic’s stellar reputation
You will ping-pong between collaborative and solo projects - your keen sense for when it’s time to put your head down and get the work done will be invaluable
In this role, you’ll assist our Controller with some intermediate bookkeeping tasks where you can flex your love of numbers
You will get to lead a few HR functions such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes and organizing company events
Get ready to proactively manage our office supply inventory and place orders (shop online) as needed!
Office Manager Skills & Qualifications

Administrative support experience
Calendar management experience
Comfortable and professional phone and email presence
Experience in logistics, procurement, event planning, or similar preferred
Active listening skills
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new technology
Bookkeeping and Quickbooks highly preferred
