Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
3+ years of experience in office management or a similar role
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in the construction or door industry is a plus
