Responsibilities
Position Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Position Overview
• Order all office supplies• Onboarding tasks for new hires as assigned• Update staff directory quarterly• Order drug tests• Assessand order office safety supplies and lock boxes• Observe office conditions and coordinate any maintenance or safety needs with appropriate staff• Help assemble any literature needed as requested• Coordinate and reserve hotel needs as requested as well as order any food for trainings when needed• Help organize company events as needed• DASH oversight on ordering, damage grid as well as follow up• Travel to nearby offices might be required in some areas• Serve as office support which will include entering information in required systems, compiling notes and grids to be turned into appropriate departments, taking minutes at meetings, completing phone surveys, coordinating training schedules, customer calls.• Maintains all office equipment and supplies• Maintains grids, checklist and other compliance documentation as assigned• Maintains subcontractor contracts• Assists in organization/coordination of meetings for non YV guests (food, office cleanliness, etc)• Manage invoice for subcontractors (cleaning services, etc)• Maintain and reconcile petty cash• Coordinate yearly fire extinguisher checks
Qualifications
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (required)Two years of administrative experience (preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (preferred)
