About the Job
- Administrative tasks: Manage filing systems, correspondence, and office supplies. Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management.
- Financial tasks: Record office expenditures, manage the budget, and handle accounts payable, bookkeeping, and general accounting.
- Staff management: Delegate work, manage workloads, and promote staff development. Interview and train new employees, and counsel employees who are struggling.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for the office, responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Relay important information from upper management to department heads.
- Office maintenance: Maintain the condition of the office, including arranging repairs and ensuring health and safety policies are observed.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
