Monday-Friday 

So How Can You “Fill” This Role?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 4 years of related dental experience
• Servant Leadership: Partnership and collaboration with team and Providers
• Recruit and develop team
• Manage schedule to optimize production
• P&L management experience
• 3-5 years' prior management experience
