The Clerk is responsible for customer service, cash handling, and clerical tasks.

- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Clerical tasks
- Cashier tasks
- Answering phones
- Deliveries (walking distance)
- Data postings regarding billing
Responsibilities
- Daily revenue posting
- Support other personnel as required
- Post payments on customer accounts
- Tenant validations and reporting
- Copy, scan, and fax documents
- Answer customer Emails phone calls in a timely manner
- Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly
- Activate parking access
- Process vendor invoices.
- Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for the next shift
- Ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Ability to learn software packages appropriate to responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, Excel
- General administration skills
- Excellent computer skills
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No experience required and on-the-job- training is provided
- One (1) Year of prior customer service or similar experience preferred
