We are a forward-thinking company looking to enhance our operational efficiency by hiring a proactive Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, the receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth office operations.

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and routing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Handle inquiries from both internal staff and external clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
- Friendly, approachable, and reliable.
