Office service manager at a litigation law firm typically oversees the administrative functions and support services to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This position requires wearing multiple hats assisting around the office, communicating with vendors, assisting with projects as needed, assisting with onboarding new hires.
- 2-3 years of experience in a law firm setting preferred as an office manager or supervisor
- Assisting with onboarding for new hires
- Assisting with projects such as Docketing
- Ordering tech supplies for employees
- Ordering supplies for the office, communicating specifically with vendors
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Multi-task and has the ability to wear multiple hats
TOP THREE THINGS:
- 2-3 OM or Supervision in law firm experience.
- Wear multiple hats and assists with administrative duties as needed along with projects.
- Attention to detail (onboarding, ordering supplies from vendors, assisting new hires)
Parking: Covered
Hours: 9am-5:30pm (on-site)
Compensation: $75K-$85K DOE
