About the Job
[Carlton Fields is seeking a Part Time Office Services Clerk for its Los Angeles office.
[Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:]{arial",sans-serif"=""}]{arial",sans-serif"=""}
- Reception coverage - answering very light phones, greeting visitors, maintaining delivery log, validating parking, adding guests to security, reserving conference rooms
- Document Production Center - copy, scan and print
- Collecting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
- Preparing outgoing mail and overnight packages for shipping
- Stocking office supplies and taking inventory
- Setting up and cleaning of conference rooms for meetings
- Records - updating and creating files, locating files
- Library - updating library materials
- Supporting tech department re office equipment
- Preparing check requests for invoices
- Other office service-related responsibilities upon request
- Flexibility to work overtime
- Ability to work well with others as a team player, multi-task and prioritize work requests
[Minimum Requirements]{arial",sans-serif"=""}
- Part-time hours of 1:00pm - 5:00pm (some flexibility)
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years office experience
- Experience in a law firm or other professional organization
- Knowledge of copiers, printers, faxes and other office equipment
- Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted
