The Office Services Coordinator is the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and employees at the client's Emeryville location. This role is responsible for managing office maintenance, coordinating vendor services, and overseeing facilities. Additional duties include event setup, managing IT/AV equipment, and ensuring office cleanliness and organization. The coordinator will collaborate with property management and internal departments to maintain a professional work environment.

The coordinator will collaborate with property management and internal departments to maintain a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management
- Greet and assist visitors, manage shipping/receiving, and maintain office equipment and standards.
- Set up and take down meeting rooms, including AV/IT equipment.
- Handle facility maintenance requests and oversee office furniture arrangements.
- IT/AV Support
- Provide support for meetings and events, including operating AV equipment.
- Maintain audio-visual inventory and assist with event setup.
- Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors, manage service contracts, and oversee office improvements.
- Safety & Security
- Oversee building security and emergency response plans.
- Manage access control and safety compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities, hospitality, or event coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic IT/AV equipment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, with occasional travel and overtime as needed.
