Overview:
The Office Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day management of the front office co-workers; ensuring adequate coverage at all times, participating in annual performance reviews with the Practice Manager, training new front office co-workers in addition to on-going training for existing co-workers, assist with the development of appropriate front desk policies and procedures as well as performing all front desk duties such as registration, answering/triaging of phone calls, appointment scheduling, form completion, surgery scheduling and precertification. Functions as the EPIC Superuser for front desk duties.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent
- Experience: Two years' experience in a clinic setting and/or supervisory/management experience required.
