We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our medical group team and ensure smooth office operations while delivering exceptional patient service. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead administrative staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily office operations, including patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, phone triage, and medical records management.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and regulations while maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service.
- Assist in budgeting, supply purchasing, and preparing office performance reports.
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and other department leaders for operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office setting, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
