Office Support Administrator - Ikea

-1 -2 years' experience working in administration in an office environment -Experience with MS Suite especially Excel proficiency -Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment -College degree in business, finance, HR related fields is preferred JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full-time Location: IKEA Offices, Baltimore, MD Hybrid workplace: 2 days in office and 3 days remote The hourly pay range for this role is $17.42-$24.81

•Responsible for reconciliations, audits, tracking progress including running reports, monitoring results, and surveying stakeholders, and identifying potential improvements to internal processes and procedures. •Performs administrative tasks related to the HR/Finance service in subject areas such as mobility, fraud, AP, reconciliations, etc. •Effectively communicates information to co-workers, store partners, vendors, SSC Specialists and Matrix Partners. •Responsible for case management and tracking. •Ensures adherence to the Service Level Agreement, IKEA guidelines and Policies.
