About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative to manage day-to-day office and plant operations for a manufacturing client located in Shelby, NC.
Pay is $18.00- $22.00/HR.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily office/plant operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Schedule jobs and track production schedules.
- Managing order entries, invoicing and billing.
- Provide administrative support to the Site Manager.
- Offer excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Communicating with shipping, production, and quality control teams.
- Process electronic data interchange (EDI) orders and reports.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Experience: 1 - 3 years in customer service experience required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's preferred).
- Skills:
- Proficienct in Word, Excel, Outlook (QuickBooks and EDI are a plus).
- Strong communication and multitask abilities.
- Highly organized and self-motivated team player.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.
