Job Description:

- Complete general office duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, filing, processing payments, and balancing cash drawer, etc. Assist clients in completing initial paperwork.
- Review charts monthly for accuracy by doing quantitative chart reviews. Keep master forms in good order and copies of forms stocked.
- Assure that client records are protected against loss, tampering, or unauthorized disclosure of information, and that the content and format of records are kept uniform.
- Responsible for entering data in a timely manner and sending appropriate paperwork to funding sources for outpatient drug testing services.
- Demonstrate competency, abide by, and enforce knowledge of funding source rules, regulation, and requirements. Communicate procedures to program participants in the drug testing area.
- Oversee collection of drug-screen urinalysis samples, complete all necessary paperwork and sending to funding sources, recording colors/numbers for following day’s drops.
- Maintain cleanliness and supply levels in testing bathroom and office work area. Re-stock cups, gloves, toilet paper, etc., as necessary, and inform leader when supplies are getting low. Properly dispose of biohazard waste products.
Education/Skills:
- High School diploma/GED; some college experience preferred
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Physically able to stand, walk, climb stairs over prolonged periods
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
