Office - Telephone Customer Service Rep - to $25/hr at Express Employment Professionals

Do you have experience working as a customer service rep in an office?  If so, you may qualify for this excellent opportunity.

Local employer needs to add to staff!  You will be trained on entering orders into the system while talking with the customer on the phone.  You will also be handling and issues that may arise, all while building a strong relationship with the customers. Your ability to work with diverse backgrounds and experience in this type of role are the keys to this position. REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience taking customer orders over the phone and entering into the computer system
• Excellent professional communication both written and verbal
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Warm and friendly personality
• Ability to build strong relationships over the phone
• Excellent attendance
