X-Ray Tech II – Travel Contract (3rd Shift) Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic Imaging: Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging for a wide range of patient cases, including ED, OR, and portable X-ray needs.
- ED & OR Support: Provide imaging support for emergency situations and overnight surgeries, ensuring accuracy and timely results.
- Portable X-ray: Operate portable X-ray equipment to assist with bedside imaging, supporting patients in various hospital departments.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated healthcare team, including radiologists, nurses, and physicians, to provide optimal patient care.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of image quality, ensuring that all X-ray results meet hospital and regulatory guidelines.
X-Ray Tech II – Travel Contract (3rd Shift) Qualifications:
- Licensure: Valid ARRT (RT) certification and Ohio Radiologic License.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Tech, with a preference for those with Level 1 trauma experience.
- Certifications:
- ARRT RT (Radiologic Technologist).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association.
- ODH License (Ohio Department of Health).
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
- Schedule: Must be able to work 3rd shift (Thursday-Saturday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) and work holidays when required.
- EPIC Experience: Familiarity with EPIC EMR is a plus.
