The Mission Manager promotes the integration of the mission, vision, and values of GHCS throughout the organization through incorporation of the ethical and moral traditions of the Sponsor (the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity), including the Ethical and Religious Directives (ERDs) into orientations, committee work, education sessions, etc. The Mission Manager will also oversee the Community Benefit Program, chair the Mission Champions Committee and prepare the annual Mission Integration Report.
Requirments include a Bachelor s Degree (cannot be 'in process') in health care administration, ministry, or related area, a minimum of three (3) years management experience and a thorough working knowledge of ethical and moral traditions of the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity.
