We are seeking a self-motivated Omnichannel Account Manager dedicated to our small to mid-market clients. This role is critical to growing revenue, renewal, and otherwise creating long-term value for assigned accounts. The Account Manager provides account strategy guidance and is supported by a team to assist clients with day-to-day reactive support.

SALARY $70,000- $85,000 base target incentive (75/25 Base to Commission Split)
LOCATION Must be located and authorized to work in the US
This role will either be hybrid or remote based on location and travel will be required
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Meet or exceed revenue and retention targets for your book of business
- Accurately forecast revenue goals for assigned accounts accurately in a timely manner
- Collaborate within a pod structure alongside the Revenue team and cross-functional departments to achieve campaign objectives and drive business outcomes
- Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans for clients to enhance campaign performance, upsell new opportunities,and drive revenue growth
- Conduct regular calls and in-person meetings to assess client health, perform strategic reviews, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges effectively keeping Choozle top of mind
- Represent client concerns and opportunities across departments in a collaborative, results-oriented manner
- Stay current with industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions
- Take ownership of account leadership beyond task management, proactively driving strategy and client success
- Oversee and grow a portfolio of accounts, working with independent agencies and brand partners. Act as a ‘small business owner’ to drive meaningful results for each client
- Advocate for client needs by delivering feedback to Product Management and Partnerships, helping shape platform features, integrations, and improvements for Choozle
- Establish best practices within Client Services, working closely with Product Marketing to develop impactful training materials and client resources
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure seamless integration
WHO YOU ARE
- Previous experience in a client-facing, revenue-generating position (e.g.,CSM, AM, Sales) with a proven track record of hitting revenue and retention goals
- Proven experience working in the digital advertising industry
- Proven experience working in a programmatic and omni-channel platform
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal); comfortable with phone interactions as well as emails
- Effective time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience running and creating digital advertising strategies (e.g., The Trade Desk, Meta, Google Ads, etc.); programmatic experience is preferred
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
- Minimal travel expected, primarily within the region to meet with clients
- Effective in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, Gainsight, and Churn Zero preferred
