Our client is a well-known multinational food and pet food manufacturer and they are looking for an OMS Business Analyst to join their growing team on a 12 month (1 year) contract. The OMS Business Analyst will be brought on to meet with the Business Teams to collect solid requirements and deliver requirements to Product and Technical Teams. This role needs a candidate who can take a request and run with it without constant hand holding. Ability to speak up when there are blockers so other team members can assist in removing those blockers, as well as sticking to agreed upon delivery schedules. responsibilities:
- Meet with the Business Teams to collect solid requirements and deliver requirements to Product and Technical Teams.
- Gathering future roadmap requirements
- Follow through, ability to stand alone, willingness to dig in
- Ability to take a request and run with it without constant hand holding. Ability to speak up when there are blockers so other team members can assist in removing those blockers. Sticking to agreed upon delivery schedules.
- Learn ways of working in current OMS landscape was well as build relationships
- Translate what the business needs into relevant requirements
- Deliver Transformational Supply Projects, deliver value, and add Continuous improvement items

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
