About the Job
This position will support the Sr. Omnicommerce Marketing Manager leadership in implementing broader strategy development, planning, activation and overall analysis + story-telling to drive top and bottom line growth and capture demand in-store and online within the Dairy Foods division of Land O'Lakes.
This role is an on-call role with a commitment up to (but not exceeding) 20 hours of work/week
What can you expect on the job?
- Develop, execute, and analyze the instore shopper marketing, omnichannel marketing and retail media programs for the large customers (Walmart, Kroger and Instacart) and consult on tail-retailers integral to our businesses.
- Develop campaign strategy and launch advertising campaigns across Retail Media Networks and ad-tech partners.
- Optimize retailer paid search campaigns towards Land O'Lakes and other brands priority sales, marketing KPI's and strategic objectives
- Keep a steady pulse on the overall retail/shopper industry and educate and guide cross functional team members on how to leverage the space for business growth.
- Ongoing analysis + story telling of all shopper marketing, omnichannel marketing and retail media programs as part of the cross-functional Integrated Business Planning process.
- Omnicommerce tool(s) ownership and accountability for governance and broader utilization + socialization for usage cross functionally.
- Partner cross functionally to establish best practices in reporting, data sharing, reporting structure and integrations with existing teams, technologies and processes with an end goal of providing a total view of performance inclusive of omnicommerce to broad teams.
- Continuously optimize the alignment of sales data, marketing data, and insightful opportunities for individual accounts and/or enterprise-wide
- Support in preparing adhoc performance reviews to support broader business understanding and facilitate a collaborative partnership between cross functional teams.

What should you bring? (Requirements)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, sales, or e-commerce.
- 7 - 10 years shopper and/or omnichannel marketing experience.
- CPG food category required.
- Strong knowledge of the food CPG retailer/customer shopper, omnichannel and retail media marketing landscape.
- Experience working directly with retailer teams as part of joint business planning.
- High proficiency in business tools (Excel, PowerPoint) with expertise in identifying and measuring SMG/Omnichannel performance measurement, including experience in Marketing Mix Modeling/ROI analysis.
- Experience in digital retail media planning, execution, and analysis.
- Experience in both smaller entrepreneurial and large corporate environments.
