Role Overview:

The On-Road Supervisor is responsible for supporting on-road driver operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, delivery protocols, and customer service. This role involves working directly with drivers to oversee delivery procedures, assist with routing, and respond to on-road issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver Support & Supervision: Monitor on-road operations, ensuring drivers follow safety protocols, meet delivery schedules, and handle products properly.

• Customer Interaction: Act as a point of contact for customer-related delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive customer relations.

• Delivery Audits: Conduct on-road audits of delivery procedures, providing feedback and corrective actions as needed.

• Incident Response: Respond to any on-road issues, assisting drivers in real-time to resolve challenges efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a supervisory role within transportation or logistics.

• Strong knowledge of delivery operations and customer service best practices.

• Effective communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving.

• Familiarity with route management and eLog systems is a plus.
