About the Job
We are in immediate need of an On-Site Administrative Assistant for a client site in Redlands, CA
We are looking for a detail-oriented, strong customer service with a good attitude to work in a fast paced environment
This is a full-time position 40 hours a week with the flexibility to work overtime.
Duties will include:
- Entering new starts info into clients system and making badges for new starts
-Complete forklift paperwork and turn it into Safety Manager
-Complete safety observations for 10% of daily headcount
-Create write ups for attendance points, safety points or any other violations
-Close out payroll with paymaster
-Assist with payroll-Retros and Sick leave weekly
-Assist with collecting statements for HR open cases and if needed translating from Spanish to English.
-Assist with Injury packet and handling any incident investigations
-Collect time off request forms and sending out communication
-Code attendance points in clients system
-Update open order google sheet
-Update google sheet attendance log/headcount for client daily
-Turning in the Scan acknowledgement forms weekly to pay master
-Help assist associates with change of W4, accessing pay stubs, missing hours, setting up direct deposit or any other admin requests
-Responsible for responding to emails and phones calls
-Assisting On-Sites with any additional Admin duties
Requirements:
-Education-High school or equivalent (Required)
-2 years of experience in Customer Service
-2 years of experience in Administrative
-Must be Bilingual- English/Spanish
-Must consent to a background check and drug screen
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay rate: $20.00hr
