Hours: M-F 5:30am-2:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY |
Field Service Support (FSS) works with customers in the multi-family housing industry to provide operational solutions for their maintenance supply needs. The FSS supports the field by providing logistical and operational support to the Onsite Properties team. He or she performs will calls, organizes, and resets customer shops and participates in the shop set-up for all new customers. The FSS serves as a back-up Field Service Representatives (FSRs) as needed. |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS |
- Provide stellar customer service while performing field work for the inventory and service needs of Onsite Properties customers (property managers, service managers, engineers, etc.)
- Provide support and back-up to Onsite Properties team members to include FSRs, management and customers.
- Travel daily throughout MD, DC, and VA to assigned customer locations.
- Lead or assist in the organization of existing shops. This may include, but is not limited to, building shelves, building bin boxes, sorting, and identifying parts, creating location databases, and setting min/max levels.
- Work with other Operations & Sales team members to set up new clients as required. Responsible for the organization of storerooms during new client conversions including identifying products, establishing min/max levels, setting up shelves, and labeling bins.
- Provide emergency deliveries as directed by the Field Services Manager
- Provide ongoing feedback to Daycon/Onsite leadership regarding customer trends or process improvement.
- Become proficient in FSR responsibilities for back up support and career pathing.
REQUIREMENTS |
- 1-3 years of experience providing field-based customer support
- Ability to professionally engage with customers in the field.
- Willingness to spend the majority of your workday with local travel throughout MD, DC and VA
- Basic computer proficiency
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills - multiplication, division, fractions
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
- A valid Driver's License and safe driving history
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
