About the Job
ON-SITE Help Desk Support Technician
As our Help Desk Support Technician, you will:
- Install, configure and maintain security of workstations to the LAN
- Manage inventory tracking of computer equipment
- Monitor LAN, WAN and servers as needed or upon direction of the IT supervisor
- Responds to help desk requests
Requirements:
THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION
- Have completed an Associate's degree or 2 years of equivalent experience
- Know how to load and configure software
- Install and modify personal computer hardware

Hours:
Monday-Friday; 7:00am-6:15pm
Saturday; 8:30am-1:15pm
Usually works 40 hours a week which includes a day off during the week.
