Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a Full Time Onsite Supervisor in our Phoenix, AZ location.
Onsite Supervisor Exempt - Reports to Regional Operations Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Onsite supervisor is a high-energy customer focused position that will act as a liaison between the facility manager/customer and Leadpoint support personnel. This position will hold responsibility for implementing workforce management programs offered to the assigned customer facility. This position will have overall accountability for the performance of the Leadpoint workforce team assigned to the facility to include program implementation, personnel management and facility operations performance.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00pm - 3:30am
Pay rate: $23.00 - 25.00/hour + Overtime
Essential Functions
Customer Service and Communications:
Communications with key customer representatives at the facility.
Maintains ongoing relationship with multiple customer representatives within facility.
Able to communicate with all personnel at the facility.
Hiring and Recruiting:
Interviews candidates for open positions.
Responsible for evaluation, promotions, terminations recommended and approved at the assigned facility.
Responsible for the completion and retention of all forms, documentation and training records.
Administrative and Payroll functions:
Maintains positive employee relations following on a professional level.
Oversees and administers new hire screening processes for production positions.
Track absenteeism and timekeeping for assigned team.
Provide employee coaching and development to all Leadpoint associates and leaders assigned at the facility.
Collates employee timesheets for payroll processing. Manages and monitors Hand Punch activity and data for accurate payroll reporting to corporate office on a daily and weekly basis.
Ensures that human resources files and records are updated in accordance with legal requirements by providing personnel management with accurate personnel information.
Coordinates and Provides tour Administers On-Boarding process for new candidates within facility.
Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
Coordinates benefit programs and assists employees with program documentation.
Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
Assists with processing of terminations.
Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
Manages Data tracking and reporting
Oversees and ensures the daily recording of performance metrics of production workers assigned to the facility.
Assists in implementation of departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to manager.
Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
Provide occasional administrative support.
Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Planning and Training:
Quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
Provide leadership through a 90-day planning cycle.
Safety Program Management:
Perform accident investigations.
Maintain and request PPE supplies to proper inventory levels.
Manage goals of lines and all teams to achieve department safety results and priorities.

Interpersonal Skills: Onsite manager must be able to speak with employees, other department managers and senior management.
Leadership Skills: Onsite manager must be able to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly.
Problem-Solving Skills: Onsite manager must be able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line.
Time Management: Onsite manager face production deadlines, shipping dates and more and must manage their time accordingly.
Technical Capacity: Onsite supervisor has direct experiences or transferable skillsets that relate to a high stress production environment. Holds mechanical and process capabilities associated with large scale production equipment.
Learning Orientation: Onsite supervisor has demonstrated ability to adapt to a learning based organization. Focused on Adoption, Information Processing, and accountability for skills transfer.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages all employees of the facility assigned by Leadpoint. This position holds the responsibility for the performance management within the facility with authority and accountability for the hiring, training and development of all employees assigned to the facility.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
This job operates in a production facility in an industrial environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., 40 hours per week, plus overtime. Occasional day and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Limited travel up to 25% may be expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
Associates Degree
Experience within a production environment as a Supervisor or with comparable experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Work Authorization
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
