Compensation: $110000-130000

Location: Houston, TX

Position: OnBase Developer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Onbase Developer to join their team!

The OnBase Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining OnBase solutions to support business processes. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, creating workflows, and implementing document management solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement OnBase applications and workflows based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Configure OnBase solutions, including document routing, indexing, and retention policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OnBase applications and integrations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design and user manuals.
• Provide support and training to end-users on OnBase functionalities.
• Stay updated on OnBase features and best practices to recommend enhancements and optimizations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an OnBase Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of OnBase architecture, workflows, and document management principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or SQL.
• Experience with OnBase integrations and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• OnBase certification is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
• Experience in REST/SOAP API development and integratio
• Experience with test automation
