Onboarding Coordinator Position Summary
The Onboarding Coordinator will deliver an exceptional recruitment experience through the coordination of interviews, background screening and a welcoming and seamless onboarding process. This individual will manage candidates through the recruitment experience as the primary point of contact. This position is external client facing with focus on creating a lean, exceptional candidate experience.
Onboarding Coordinator Position Requirements
- High school diploma required. Some college coursework or Associates Degree strongly preferred in business, human resources/recruiting, sales or related area.
- Two or more years delivering exceptional service to customers in business, human resources/recruiting, sales, or related area.
- Computer experience required with fluency in Microsoft Windows applications including Word and Excel. PowerPoint preferred. Experience strongly preferred in applicant tracking/Talent Acquisition Systems, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or customer tracking databases.
- Experience with applicant tracking, HRIS, customer tracking databases is preferred.
Onboarding Coordinator Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
