About the Job
JOB OVERVIEW
- Provide support for institutional relationships by placing outbound calls to assist with establishing a new client accounts, providing status updates, and working to effectively fund accounts
- Gather, review, and verify required documents for completion and accuracy
- Assist clients with the facilitation of a transfer or rollover of assets by working with various contra firms
- Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of Equity Trust’s products and services, including the online account management system
- Deliver distinctive client service that is knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, prompt, and courteous
- Coordinate investment-related walkthroughs with the Client Services team
- Build rapport and strengthen relationships while servicing client needs
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve team, department, and overall business commitments
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Associate degree in business or related field preferred; 3 years of experience in the financial services industry may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required
- Retirement product knowledge or financial services experience preferred
- None required
- To be successful in this role, you should have experience with and an understanding of the following:
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM accurately preferred
- Basic 10-key skills

- This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear.
- The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.
- This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
