We are looking for candidates with experience in patient support services, particularly with oncology products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting oncology patients, understanding the unique challenges and needs associated with oncology treatments. This includes experience with patient assistance programs, navigating insurance approvals, providing emotional and logistical support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Location: Jeffersonville, IN
Operational Program Management
- Aligns program service goals with client objectives.
- Ensures compliance with contracted service levels.
- Manages client service request queue, overseeing both completion and work in progress.
- Implements and manages client-specific business rules.
- Identifies opportunities for service scope and efficiency improvements.
- Evaluates data to provide actionable insights that drive the program forward in line with client objectives.
Financial Responsibilities
- Monitors and provides weekly updates on factors affecting program financial forecasts.
- Prepares activity summaries for the development and review of client monthly invoices.
Team Selection, Hiring, Training, and Development
- Identifies and develops talent for open positions, preparing internal candidates for promotional opportunities.
- Partners with HR to maintain appropriate program staffing levels.
- Works proactively with HR to build a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Drives training, development, and retention of the team.
Client Support
- Prepares, reviews, and analyzes client-specific operational results.
- Prepares for client business review meetings with operational metrics and data insights.
- Serves as the primary contact for program/operational queries and issue resolution.
- Ensures adverse events and product complaints are reported according to client instructions.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred; Masters degree is a plus.
- Previous personnel/team management experience required; experience managing managers is a plus.
- Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and product commercialization.
- At least 2 years of experience with oncology programs/products.
- Previous experience leading customer service teams is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.
