- 1-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing with familiarity with paid marketing preferred
- Proficient in digital ad platforms (e.g. Meta, X, TikTok, Google Adwords, and Snapchat) one or more analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Mode)
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies
Job Description:
- Assist with planning, development, and execution of paid marketing and other marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct A/B test on paid marketing initiatives, such as ad copy and creative, to determine campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and test against hypotheses in search of new growth vectors for viewers, creators and spenders on Twitch
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns with key metrics (CPC, CPA, etc.) and offer recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve the effectiveness of key growth channels such as email, notifications, and digital marketing channels.-
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Legal.
You Have
- 1-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing with familiarity with paid marketing preferred
- Proficient in digital ad platforms (e.g. Meta, X, TikTok, Google Adwords, and Snapchat) and one or more analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Mode)
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
