Onsite Data Center Technician at Onward Technologies

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure. You will assist with hardware installations, troubleshoot network and server issues.

Requirements :

· Experience with data center environments, hardware installation, and troubleshooting

· Familiarity with networking concepts and server administration

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Proficiency in using spreadsheets and tracking inventory

· 100% onsite position (no remote work possibility or option)

· Must have transportation and be able to visit the datacenters daily

o Lombard and Aurora locations

Preferred :

· Experience with: Juniper, Arista, UniFi

· Basic knowledge of Linux environments

· Understanding of network switches, routers, and firewall configurations
