- Windows 10/11 support
- Software installation, configuration and support
- Hardware break/fix experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with incident ticketing systems
- on-site support role (40 hours per week)
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma is required
Experience:
Minimum 3 years Related Work Experience
