Position: Onsite Field Technician
Salary Range: $22.34 - $27.34 per hour

Our dynamic team seeks an Onsite Field Technician who's ready to be the tech hero our employees and visitors need. You'll be the frontline of friendly tech guidance, directly at user workstations
Responsibilities:
Buckle up for:
• Dual-mode heroics: Be the first point of contact for in-person tech woes, both at the walk-up desk and via deskside requests. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues like a tech ninja.
• Master of the tech menagerie: Printers rebelling? Passwords gone rogue? You'll tackle a diverse range of challenges, from basic issues to complex configurations.
• Communication: Your superpower: Bridge the gap between tech jargon and everyday language. Explain solutions clearly, patiently, and leave everyone feeling empowered (and maybe a little tech-savvy).
• Teamwork makes the tech dream work: Collaborate with other technicians and IT specialists to conquer intricate problems and ensure everyone gets back to work, smiling.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in relevant field, OR 3 years of experience related to the job in lieu of degree.
- Should be trained in the prevailing operating system(s) & hardware systems used at the client site.
- Demonstrate formal customer service & technical training
- Possess experience with equipment & software installation & upgrades.
- Due to the nature of the work & its location, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Possess four+ years of demonstrated PC support, diagnostic/troubleshooting & repair experience, including a solid working knowledge of PC operations including hardware, operating systems and network settings; 5 total years if no degree.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelors degree in managing Information Systems or other relevant area.
- CompTia Certifications, such as A+ or Network+ are desired.
- Microsoft Certifications, such as MCSA Windows is desired.
- Active U.S. Government Clearance
