Property Summary:

888 Condos was built at the corner of 9th Ave and Logan St in 1959 as one of the first highrises in Denver. The building has a nicely remodeled lobby, community pool and clubhouse, underground parking, and a great location in Capitol Hill. 888 Logan is very close to great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and easy access to public transportation.

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Porter to join our team and maintain the cleanliness of the common areas for our 2-building condominium association. This position is responsible for providing basic janitorial and custodial cleaning services.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

• Vacuum and mop floors.

• Empty trash bins and replace liners.

• Clean windows and glass surfaces.

• Perform routine minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, and reorganizing area; 

• Maintaining the outside grounds, including picking up trash, spraying weeds, weed eating, blowing away debris, and cleaning door mats; 

• Restock supplies as needed.

• Notify Supervisor when inventory of supplies and consumables need to be replenished.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred, but not required.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary.

• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within given timeframes.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4-hour shift

• Day shift

• No nights

• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
