Onsite HR Recruiter/ Specialist

As our HR Recruiter/ Specialist:

• Manage recruiting and orientation: including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
• Update hiring communications and conduct background checks
• Onboarding new employees
• Present orientation and process new hire paperwork

Requirements:

Consistently over time:

• Utilized an applicant-tracking software platform. Proficiency, experience with ApplicantPro is a plus!
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience (in financial institution a plus).
• Skills: Good judgment and excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, prioritization and time management skills are essential.
