CorTech International is seeking an Onsite Manager/Recruiter in Covington, GA.
The Onsite Manager/Recruiter represents CorTech by overseeing the daily operations of the associate workforce and business at our client site. The Onsite Specialist is responsible for recruiting new temporary workers and maintaining relationships with current workers at the client site. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers to understand client needs and effective communication with CorTech staff.
**Essential Job Functions:**
- Overseeing the supervision of CorTech's associates in the client's distribution center.
- Conducting orientation and safety training for associates.
- Coaching and developing associates.
- Attracting employees who fit job descriptions and have the potential to become valuable additions to the company.
- Working with client hiring managers to develop recruiting plans.
- Conducting new hire orientations, providing counseling and coaching for temporary workers, and managing or escalating employee relations issues as needed.
- Administering employee compensation, training, and benefit programs.
- Communicating and enforcing CorTech policies regarding payroll, attendance, safety, and other employee programs.
- Providing exceptional customer service to employees and clients.
- Efficiently completing all back office duties (payroll, operations) promptly.
**Job Requirements:**
- College degree (Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred) or relevant work experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- 18 months of experience supervising or managing in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- At least 12 months of previous work experience in staffing/recruiting and/or human resources is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines, demonstrating self-starting capabilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
