Required skills and qualifications for hourly restaurant positions at Mad Mex North Hills:
- Must be at least 16 years old (18 for Servers, 21 for Bartenders) - Work Permit required if under 18 years old
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
- Exceptional customer service skills
