Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics, or a closely related field by the start date. 

Teaching and/or research experience in the areas of chemistry and/or physics. 

Commitment to inclusive pedagogy and teaching excellence. 

Ability to teach Calculus-Based Physics I and II, General Chemistry I or II, and Physical Chemistry. Instruction includes both the lecture and sometimes the accompanying lab. 

Ability to guide and mentor student research in chemistry and physics-based projects
