Operating Room Nurse Manager at Clinical Management Consultants

As RN Operating Room Manager, you will be an integral component of a large, 250+ bed acute care hospital that prides itself in providing innovative and thorough patient care. This hospital’s dedication to patient care has made itself one of the top hospitals in Kentucky to work for, and it is also part of a greater health system with multiple locations throughout the state. 

Supported by an experienced Perioperative team, the Operating Room Nurse Manager will have the support to exceed the goals of the department and keep the operating room functioning on all cylinders. The Operating Room Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Surgical Services to keep them informed, and will collaborate with them on unit initiatives.  

As the Nurse Manager Operating Room, you will be accountable for overseeing clinical and administrative operations, ensuring that your staff and department are operating efficiently, and making sure that each patient is treated with the highest level of care possible. The Operating Room Nurse Manager will oversee a brand new OR suite that has 12 surgical suites. The Nurse Operating Room Manager will be an experienced nurse with prior surgical service experience. Individuals with prior operating room managerial experience will earn quick interviews.
