Operation Associate Seed Processing  

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Operation Associate Seed Processing, are to: 

• Monitor metrics, analyze data and implement operational plans to execute on time seed processing operations;
• Execute seed processing operations to enable on time seed delivery;
• Train employees and monitor quality of process Implement changes identified in process improvement initiatives;
• Support areas across the seed processing in driving the adoption and execution of continuous improvement practices;
• Monitor operational safety procedures;
• Perform duties ensuring adherence to stewardship/QMS processes and protocols that are completed accurately and timely. Including documentation of activities and product traceability;
• Collaborate with Community Outreach and Planet Impact initiatives;

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related fields;
• Fluent in Spanish and English language, written and conversational;
• Demonstrate ability to take data driven decisions;
• Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team-based environment;
• Ability to work extended hours during peak operational seasons;
• Valid driver’s license;
• Ability to lift to 60 lbs.
• Management experience of field crew Advance handling of MicrosoftOffice

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience on agricultural related areas
