The Operational Change Lead is a senior role reporting to the Central Operations Director and is responsible for leading the implementation and roll out of initiatives and future changes across both Lots 1 and 2. Their role is to lead the approach through effective collaboration with stakeholders including the Authority, Senior Leadership, Capita and Supply Chain Partners, to ensure a clear vision and engagement is achieved. They will be accountable for leading and co-ordinating activities to transition the change to business as usual.
Non London - £55,000 to £60,000
1. Responsible for leading and the roll out initiatives into the business and Supply Chain Partners to ensure the FAS delivery model meets the 5-year plan across Prime and Sub-Prime Lots
2. Accountable for design, development and implementation of change management activities, to ensure change can be delivered successfully
3. Responsible for the effective communication of change management plan and activities; ensure transparency and remove unknowns, securing engagement and project buy-in
4. Ensure a co-ordinated approach to change by acting as a conduit between Change Control and Senior Operational colleagues/ Capita / Supply Chain Partners. Perform detailed stakeholder analysis and mapping for each change to identify specific audiences; to ensure targeted messaging and activities are successfully delivered through correct channels, before transitioning to BAU
5. Responsible for managing PMO tracking and reporting on change and implementation progress, identifying and maintaining the business' focus on priorities. Lead PMO resource to identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation, ensuring all risks are appropriately captured and tracked on the risk register.
6. Act as an advisor on best practice and ambassador for change across Maximus Assessments division and Support the Change Control Process by providing impact assessments for change, on behalf of operational delivery

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Demonstratable experience delivering significant changes successfully
- Track record of leading and influencing people through periods of change and instability
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
Desirable
- Familiarity with project management tools and approaches
- Understanding and experience of working on with WCA, PIP or Specialist Benefit process
- Knowledge of the FAS delivery model
